It is typedef'ed in the <code>boost::posix_time</code> namespace as <code>time_input_facet</code> and <code>wtime_input_facet</code>. It is typedef'ed in the <code>boost::local_time</code> namespace as <code>local_time_input_facet</code> and <code>wlocal_time_input_facet</code>.
