John Maddock	381bddafa0	Finish moving test cases into headers. ... Fix array declarations so GCC doesn't warn about them. Declare constants in headers so they can be used by UDT's larger than type long double. Suppress a few warnings and fix a couple of bugs that showed up when testing with UDT's.
