Thomas Heller 84a70423f0 + finished porting a whole bunch of stuff:
- fusion
	- operator
	- statement (not complete: switch and try/catch)
	- object
+ some minor tweaks
+ reverted bind to fully rely on proto again (might break MSVC, further investigation needed)
