Rene Rivera 822d09f19b Fix Intel C/C++ compiler version specification.
Add `BOOST_VERSION_NUMBER_MAJOR`, `BOOST_VERSION_NUMBER_MINOR`,
`BOOST_VERSION_NUMBER_PATCH` macros to extract components from valid
version numbers.
